Having had a bad experience with a previous online furniture purchase where the product was very shoddy and did not match up to the photos I was wary of purchasing online. I can happily say that dealing with Ed at Desired Living was totally different. It was a pleasure to deal with you from start to finish and a great example of the old saying "you get what you pay for". The furniture is lovely in terms of design and quality and it was brilliant to have it delivered, unwrapped and set up personally by Ed only a few hours after visiting the showroom and making the purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend Desired Living.

I had been looking for an outdoor setting for a few months. I came across Desired living online in my lunchbreak, I found the multiple photos and description gave a good accurate description of the items, and I felt comfortable buying online without viewing the product in the showroom. The information and photos on the website were better than any of the other websites I looked at.
I emailed 6 different online retailers with enquiries and Ed was the only 1 who responded within 24 hours. I’m still waiting to hear from the 3 of the others!
The transaction was easy! Delivery was prompt, Ed and his wife were friendly and pleasant and happy to fit in with my schedule.
The outdoor lounge I have looks great and just as I expected.
Great service, Great prices, Great product! Easy to deal with! Will be recommending the Desired Living guys to friends and family.

Thank you Ed for such an easy transaction. Abolutely love the style and the way the setting stacks. Looks excellent on our balcony . I looked for 6 months for an outdoor setting and was so excited when I finally found your store online. Ed allowed me to inspect the setting prior to purchase and helped me go through all the different ranges that he had on offer. Would definitely recommend !!
