Thank you so much for your outstanding service and for making this such an easy transaction. Having had a bad experience with a previous online furniture purchase where the product was very shoddy and did not match up to the photos I was wary of purchasing online. I can happily say that dealing with Ed at Desired Living was totally different. Product Care & Warranty

Our PE wicker furniture is elegantly designed, durable and offers versatility of indoor and outdoor use. The furniture is hand woven using a synthetic material (polyethylene) with added UV and weather resistant qualities. The polyester cushion fabric offers water and UV resistants. The frame is powder coated aluminium, making it light weight and rust resistant. For the environmentally conscious, you will be happy to know that it is also recyclable.

Powder coated aluminium frame making the furniture light weight and rust resistant. Along with PE rattan that is weather and UV resistant.

Care and maintenance
To increase the lifespan of your furniture, it must be placed under a covered area such as a pergola, umbrella or awning. You can also purchase a weather cover for certain models as an accessary; this will further protect your furniture against harsh climates. Do not cover furniture with plastic, this may cause mould formation.

PE rattan wicker and frames: can be cleaned using a soft solution of detergent and water. Scrub furniture using a sponge then rinse with low pressure water and dry with a cotton cloth. Do not use high pressure water washer to wash your furniture, doing so may damage your furniture and void your warranty. Your furniture should be stored in a dry well ventilated area when not in use.

Cushion and pillow covers: are 100% polyester and should only be hand washed in a soft solution of 30°C water and detergent, then rinsed with clean water. Do not bleach, dry clean, iron or tumble dry. Cushions and pillows should be stored in a dry place when not in use.

Glass: should be carefully handled by two people, do not drag glass tables doing so could cause the glass to shatter. Glass can be cleaned with glass cleaner and cloth. Do not use hot water to wash table glass.
